Consulting Services

Submitting a contact form does not create a consulting engagement. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Until that point, any information exchanged is preliminary and non-binding.

Consulting services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and confidentiality terms are governed by the specific agreement signed for each engagement. These Terms of Service apply to site use and general conduct; the engagement agreement governs the work itself.

Work product created during a consulting engagement is subject to the terms of the relevant engagement agreement, which will specify ownership, licensing, and usage rights.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
